Shipping Policy

At MR.SOAPSKI ART, we partner with professional printing services (Printseekers) to bring you high-quality art. Each item is printed on demand, meaning it is created especially for you once you place an order.

1. Production & Processing Time

Since your order is custom-made, please allow 3–7 business days for production before the item is shipped. You will receive a notification as soon as your order leaves the production facility.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Because we use a global distribution network through our partner, delivery times vary:

• European Union: 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

• USA / Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment.

• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days (depending on the destination).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Multiple Shipments

If you order different types of products (e.g., a canvas and a framed print), they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure they arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

Please be aware that international orders (outside the EU or your local region) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a print error, please contact us at [Twoj@email.pl] within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with our partner to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
